- Please dispose of lotion/cream tubes, gel containers, and mist bottles as plastic waste after rinsing them clean.
- For mixed containers (e.g., pumps, droppers made of metal, glass, and plastic), separate the materials if possible. If not, dispose of them as general waste.
- Lids, labels, and metal rings should be removed and discarded as general waste.
- Please dispose of lotion/cream tubes, gel containers, and mist bottles as plastic waste after rinsing them clean.

The shelf life of all saltysleep products is 36 months from the manufacturing date, and we recommend using them within one year after opening.

Product Storage
- Please store the product at room temperature.
- Avoid exposure to high heat, cold, or sudden temperature changes, and keep it away from direct sunlight.
- If stored in low temperatures, the contents may freeze — we recommend using a cosmetic refrigerator rather than a regular one.
- Keep the product in a well-ventilated and dry place.
- The bathroom is not suitable for storage, as temperature and humidity change frequently.
During and After Use
- When using the product, make sure to use clean hands and close the lid tightly after each use to prevent oxidation.
- Always close the lid securely, even for products you use daily, to maintain freshness and prevent air exposure.
- Please store the product at room temperature.

saltysleep not only uses ingredients that have never been tested on animals, but also carefully selects and formulates raw materials to avoid any side effects from animal-derived ingredients during product development and manufacturing.

Tube-type containers are manufactured slightly larger than the labeled capacity to allow for sealing at the end of the tube. All products are inspected and supplied through QC/QA based on the labeled volume, so you can use them with confidence. If you suspect any issues such as missing contents or product defects, please contact our CS team, and we will assist you promptly.

Tube-type products: The manufacturing number and expiration date are printed on the front or back of the sealed end of the tube.
Container-type products: The manufacturing number and expiration date are printed on the bottom of the container. -
Orders placed by 10 a.m. are shipped on the same day. Most same-day shipments are delivered the following day (excluding weekends, holidays, and remote areas). Delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions, but on average, products are delivered within 2–3 days after payment confirmation.

Changes to your order information (such as recipient, contact number, or address) can be made during the 'Order Received' or 'Payment Confirmed' stages. If you wish to make any changes, please contact our CS team via the chat icon on the bottom right of the website, and we’ll assist you promptly.

You can recover your information through the 'Find ID' or 'Find Password' buttons on the login page. It’s easy to retrieve using either mobile phone verification or email verification.

After logging in, you can update your information by going to
My Page > My Account > Edit Profile. -
After logging in, you can delete your account by clicking the 'Delete Account' button at the bottom right of the My Page > Profile menu. Please note that all reward points and coupons will be permanently deleted upon withdrawal.

The delivery process goes as follows:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our CS team with the following information:
- Order number
- Purchaser’s name
- Contact information
- Product name
- Reason for return
Once your order has entered the “Preparing Item” stage, it means the product has already been dispatched and cancellation is no longer possible.

For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged. However, if the return or exchange is due to a defective product or a shipping error, the shipping cost will be covered by saltysleep.
